风冷热回收冷水机组性能的实验研究
Experimental research on performance of air-cooled heat recovery chillers
摘要:
提出了通过控制风机运行台数和转速实现风冷热回收冷水机组热回收率可调的方法和热回收综合COP的分析方法,试验研究和分析了制冷系统的运行参数和性能的变化规律。结果表明,在45 ℃和50 ℃热水出水温度下,机组制冷COP分别提高14%~22%和3.9%~6.2%,热回收综合COP分别达到了4.44~6.67和3.9~5.51;在45,50,55 ℃热水出水温度下,达到最高比率热回收量时,获得高达292,257,186 kW回收热量所增加的功耗分别为3.6,6.7,14.7 kW。
Abstract:
Presents the method of adjusting heat recovery proportion through controlling the number and the rotating speed of the fans in operation and the analysis method of heat recovery integrated COP. Studies and analyses the variance characteristics of operating parameters and system performance of refrigerating systems. The results show that the refrigerating COP increases 14% to 22% and 3.9% to 6.2% respectively and the heat recovery integrated COP reaches 4.44 to 6.67 and 3.9 to 5.51 respectively for leaving heating water of 45 ℃ and 50 ℃ and that the power consumption increases 3.6, 6.7 and 14.7 kW respectively for 292,257 and 186 kW recovered heat at 45,50 and 55 ℃ leaving heating water temperature.
