介绍了该工程的空调系统设计，主要包括冷热源、水系统、风系统、防排烟系统、自控系统、室内游泳池及酒窖空调系统的设计。裙房采用全空气系统，客房采用风机盘管＋新风系统，空调水系统采用四管制。

Abstract：
Presents the HVAC system design, including the cold and heat sources, water system, air system, smoke control and extraction systems, automatic control system, the air conditioning system of the indoor swimming pool and bodega. The skirt building adopts all-air system, the guest rooms adopt fan-coil unit plus fresh air system, and the water system is four-pipe type.
