Abstract：
Presents the use of ice thermal storage technology in public buildings, the proper collocation and control of ice-coils, base-load refrigerating machines, dual-condition refrigerating machines, plate heat exchangers and circulating pumps, and the air conditioning system design when excess heat exists in inner zone.
