采用二次泵变频空调水系统，写字楼和五星级酒店采用四管制系统，商务酒店采用两管制系统。写字楼内、外分区，冬季内区风机盘管利用冷却塔供冷。

Abstract：
The variable frequency secondary pump water system is adopted. The office building and the five star hotel adopt four-pipe system and the business hotel adopts two-pipe system. The office building is divided into inner and peripheral zones, and the inner zone is cooled by cooling tower in winter.
