长江水质对水源热泵换热铜管影响的实验研究
Experimental research on the impact of Yangtze River water quality on water-source heat pump heat exchanger tube
摘要:
以南京市鼓楼国际服务外包产业园江水源热泵区域供冷供热项目为对象,搭建了测试平台,针对波纹铜管和光管两种换热铜管进行了模拟实际运行,并进行了相关换热测试。对测试数据进行了处理和分析,结果表明,光管的污垢热阻平均值仅为高效管的57%,但是即使考虑污垢热阻的影响,在实验末期,高效管的换热能力仍然比光管要高出约30%~35%。

Abstract:
Establishes a test facility for river-water-source heat pump district heating and cooling engineering in the Nanjing Gulou International Service Outsourcing Industrial Park, simulates the operation according to enhanced and bare copper tubes and tests the heat transfer. Analyses the test data, and the results show that the average fouling resistance of bare copper tube is 57% of high efficiency tube, but the performance of high efficiency tube considering fouling factor is still 30% to 50% higher than the bare tube at the end of the experimental.
