Air conditioning system design for China Resources Building

摘要:

大厦空调水系统为四管制变水量系统,冬季采用冷却塔供冷。空调风系统为内外分区的全空气变风量系统,变风量系统采用单风道定静压点控制,风机变频,标准层采用环形风道。末端装置采用压力无关的节流型,内区常年供冷;外区末端加设热水再热盘管。新风集中处理,为保证足够的新风量,各层采用定新风量、变新回风比的控制方式。

Abstract:

The building adopts four-pipe variable flow water system and free cooling source by cooling tower in winter. Air conditioning system is all-air VAV system with inner and peripheral zoning, controlled by constant static pressure point at single duct. The fans are  variable frequency operated. The standard floors adopt ring-form ducting. The VAV terminal devices are of pressure-independent throttling type. The inner zone is cooled all the year, and peripheral zone adopts hot water reheating coils. Fresh air is centrally handled and controlled by means of constant volume and variable fresh air ratio to obtain enough fresh air at every floor.
