北京创世纪大厦暖通设计概况
HVAC system design for Beijing Chuangshiji Mansion
摘要：
介绍了北京创世纪大厦的空调系统选型、空调水系统、风系统及防排烟系统和自控等方面的内容。空调水系统为变流量一次泵两管制系统。全楼共设一次回风式全空气系统4个, 其余均为风机盘管加新风系统。与一典型全空气变风量系统的能效比等参数进行了对比，简要分析了不同种类系统的适用范围。

Abstract：
Explains the selected air-conditioning system, air-conditioning water system, air system, smoke control and extraction system and automatic control method. Adopts the variable-primary-flow two-pipe chilled water system. There are four primary return air all-air systems in the building; others are primary air fan coil systems. Compares the EER and other parameters of this system with a typical variable air volume all-air system and analyses each application scope for different systems.
