通过对某小区集中供热系统的详细测试，介绍了各个环节的测试方法，分析了建筑耗热量、过量供热率、管网保温泄漏损失、水泵效率和围护结构的热桥状况，获得了小区供热系统的真实供热状况，为节能改造提供依据。

Abstract：
Performs the detailed test on a centralized heating system in a district, and presents the test methods of different steps. Analyses the building heat consumption, excessive heat supply rate, loss from pipeline insulation and leakage, pump efficiency and thermal bridge condition of enclosure structure. Obtains the real heating condition of the heating system, which provides reference for energy saving renovation.
