基于涡旋压缩机补气的空气源模块机组制热性能实验
Experiments on heating capacity of air-source heat pump based on gas-injection technology for scroll compressor
摘要:
基于涡旋压缩机补气技术,研制了低温空气源热泵机组样机,并对样机进行了性能测试。实验对比了涡旋压缩机补气样机和常规热泵机组的性能,结果表明,当环境温度为—10~2 ℃时,涡旋压缩机补气样机制热量最大提升达28.9%,平均提高16.7%;供热系数最大提升29.5%,平均提升15.7%。

Abstract:
Based on gas-injection technology for scroll compressor, develops the prototype of low-temperature air-source heat pump unit, and performs the performance test. Compares the performances of the prototype and conventional heat pump units by experiments, and the results show that under the environmental condition with temperature between -10 ℃ and 2 ℃, the heating capacity of the prototype can be improved by up to 28.9%, which is increased by 16.7% on average, and the coefficient of performance is improved by up to 29.5%,which is increased by 15.7% on average.
