排风热回收装置的优化

Optimization of devices for heat recovery from extract air

摘要:

该装置将全热回收与热泵热回收相结合,通过在排风道与新风道之间增加可调节风量旁通风道的措施来解决冷凝温度过高、热泵性能降低的问题。介绍了其原理图和冬夏季热湿处理过程。建立了该装置的数学模型,并对其主要运行参数进行了优化。结果表明,增加旁通风道的措施可显著降低热泵冷凝温度,设计工况下最优混风比为0.15,对应热泵机组COP为5.4,热回收装置的性能系数为11,在不同室外气象条件下存在最优混风比。

Abstract:

The device combines the total heat recovery with heat pump heat recovery, by adding an adjustable air volume bypass duct between the outdoor air duct and extract air duct to decrease condensing temperature so as to improve heat pump performance. Presents the principle chart and air handling process in winter and summer. Develops the mathematical model and performs the optimization of main operating parameters. As the result reveals, addition of the bypass duct can markedly decrease condensing temperature of the heat pump, the optimal design mixture ratio is 0.15, the corresponding COP is 5.4 for the heat pump unit, the performance coefficient of the heat recovery device is 11, and there exists an optimal mixture ratio in different outdoor air conditions.
