三种复合玻纤风管法兰连接防冷桥结露实验研究
Experimental research in the condensation performance of three types of glassfiber composite air duct flange

归纳并设计F型、T型和J型三种复合玻纤风管法兰,通过自制的实验装置对它们的温度及J型管道表面温度进行测试,分析了J型法兰温度随环境温度及风管内气流温度的变化规律和J型法兰风管表面温度的分布状况。结果表明J型法兰不会结露,其性能优于F型及T型法兰。

Abstract:
Sums up and designs three kinds of glassfiber composite air duct flanges, Ftype, Ttype and Jtype, tests their temperature and air duct surface temperature of Jtype. Analyses the behavior of Jtype flange temperature changing with ambient temperature and air temperature in duct, presents the temperature distribution pattern of the air duct with Jtype flange. The results show that only Jtype flange can not produce condense water, it is much better than the F and Ttype flange.
