Abstract：
Presents the design method of the humidity priority control in the system. Explicates the load calculation, state point determination, and the equipment selection, and analyzes the differences from conventional design methods. Taking an operating room as an example, compares energy saving from conventional design methods. Brings out its application feasibility in hospital cleaning operation department.
