Low temperature air conditioning system design for a blood product workshop

以某血液制品车间为例,阐述了实现低温洁净空调系统的方法,从空气处理过程、所需冷热负荷、运行调试、自动控制、初投资等方面对该项目中应用的两种形式的空调系统进行了对比。详细记录了运行调试中发生的问题,并给出了设计中应该注意的问题。分析了两种形式空调系统的投资费用及运行效果,结果表明带转轮除湿机的空调系统初投资较大,但运行效果好。
Abstract:
Taking an actual example, presents the realization method of the low temperature air conditioning system. Compares the air handling process, the cooling and heating load, operation commissioning, automatic control, initial investment between the two air conditioning systems applicable to this project. Records in detail the problem occurred in the commissioning, and gives the issues in need of attention in design. Analyses the investment and operational effect of the two systems, the results of which show that the initial investment of the air conditioning system with the rotary dehumidifier is larger, but the operational effect is better.
