摘要：
简要介绍了我国核电厂防火技术规范和欧洲压水堆（EPR）防火技术规范（ETC-F）的发展情况，以及欧洲压水堆防火技术规范在核电工程防火和通风设计中的应用情况,并对规范条文及工程应用经验进行了分析和总结，提出了防火设计过程中值得关注的问题和规范体系建立时可借鉴的经验。

Abstract：
Describes briefly the development of Chinese technical code for fire protection in nuclear power plants and European pressurized water reactor (EPR) technical code for fire protection. Presents the application of European EPR technical code to the design of fire protection and ventilation for nuclear power project. Analyses some items of the code. Summarizes some project experience. Puts forward some issues deserving attention in fire protection design and some experience for reference.
