简单回顾了550/590标准的起草和修订过程。通过和AHRI 550/590-2003标准作对比，详细介绍了AHRI 551/591-2011(SI)标准的修订内容，包括：性能标定对象范围与认证范围的扩充、部分负荷的标定、4个强制性标准化附录、对IPLV性能指标的新规定等内容。

Abstract：
Briefly looks back the origin and course of the AHRI Standard 550/590. Based on the comparison with its 2003 version, presents the revision content in AHRI 551/591-2011(SI), including expansion of performance rating scope and certification scope, rating of part load conditions, four normative appendixes and new specifications of the IPLV index.
