脉冲强光动态空气杀菌装置的杀菌效果

摘要:

采用实验方法对脉冲强光动态空气杀菌装置在标准实验舱内及风管内的杀菌效果及其影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,在标准实验舱内,脉冲强光杀菌装置运行20 min对白色葡萄球菌的杀菌效率达99.52%;在其他因素不变的条件下,杀菌装置对风管内空气的杀菌效率随风速和空气相对湿度的增大而降低,且微生物粒径越小杀菌效率越高。对脉冲强光杀菌装置在某办公室内的应用效果进行了实验,结果表明换气次数为10 h-1时,该杀菌装置作用50 min后室内微生物浓度趋于稳定,杀菌效率达80.6%

Abstract:

Investigates the bactericidal effect of the sterilization device in the standard test chamber and the duct, as well as the influencing factors of the sterilization efficiency, by the experimental method. The results show that in the standard test chamber, the sterilization efficiency on the white staphylococcus is up to 99.52% when the sterilization device runs 20 minutes. And when other factors are constant, the sterilization efficiency of the sterilization device in the duct decreases with the increase of velocity and the air relative humidity in duct, and the smaller the microbial particles size, the higher the sterilization efficiency is. The application effect of the sterilization device used in an office shows that when the air change rate is 10 h-1, the microbial concentration tends to be stable by the sterilization device working 50 minutes, and the bacterial eliminating rate reaches 80.6%.
