我国绿色建筑评价指标体系刍论
Evaluation index system for green buildings in China
摘要：
基于GB/T 50378—2006《绿色建筑评价标准》，归纳得到了一个包括6大类、21小类、95项指标的绿色建筑评价指标体系。通过对绿色建筑标识项目参评和达标情况的统计，及与地方标准或细则进行对比，综合分析了各个指标的应用情况。提出了完善其系统性、有效性、友好性的建议，包括覆盖全面、逻辑清晰、分配适当、对象普适、要求确切、取值合理、操作简便、结果直观、技术开放等9点内容。
Abstract：
Summarizes the national standard GB/T 50378—2006 Evaluation standard for green building as an evaluation index system including 95 indices in 21 sub-categories of 6 categories. Analyses the application of these evaluation indices by counting the participating and/or complying situation of each index in green building label projects and comparing them with those in local standards. Proposes some suggestions for improving the evaluation in systematicness, effectiveness and availability, including those of wide coverage, clear frame, proper distribution, robust suitability, exact requirement, rational value setting, easy handling, intuitive result, and open technique.
