细介绍了两个标准的评估内容和特点，并进行了对比分析。武汉新能源研究院及配套服务中心工程是国内首座同时申请中国绿色建筑标准和英国BREEAM的实际工程，结合该工程，研究了两个标准在实际工程评估中的差异。

Abstract：
Expounds the evaluation content and characteristics of the two standards and performs a comparative analysis. Wuhan New Energy Research Institute and Supporting Service Center is the first project applying for China’s green building standard and UK’s BREEAM in China. Combined with the project, studies the differences of the two standards in engineering evaluation applications.
