美国绿色建筑评估体系LEED修订新版简介与分析
On green building evaluation system: LEED 2012 in United States
摘要：
针对建筑设计和施工、建筑内装设计和施工、既有建筑运行维护等不同建筑阶段的美国绿色建筑评估体系LEED v4版将于2013年发布实施。根据其第4次征求意见稿，分别从适用建筑阶段和类型、评价和分级方法、评价指标体系等方面，重点介绍了其在2009版本基础上的改动；同时，将其与英国绿色建筑评估体系BREEAM及我国的《绿色建筑评价标准》进行了对比分析。最后，分析了LEED的优势和不足，以及一些尚未得到合理解决的技术问题。
Abstract：
The 4th version of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), the green building evaluation system, will be issued and become effective in 2013. It serves building design and construction, interior design and construction, operation and maintenance of existing building, homes, neighborhood development. Presents the revision of the 4th version from the former version of 2009 from aspects of the applicable building stage and type, scoring and rating method, and evaluating index system, respectively. Compares the 4th version of LEED with other green building evaluation systems, BREEAM in UK and GB/T 50378 in China. Analyses the successes and insufficiencies of LEED and some technical problems to be solved.
