以该工程为例，介绍了基于BIM技术手段的绿色建筑设计方法。利用BIM技术，结合绿色建筑分析软件，模拟分析了太阳辐射、自然采光、自然通风以及噪声方面的优化设计。

With the project example, presents the design method. Based on BIM technique combined with the green building analysis software, simulates and analyses the optimal design of solar radiation, natural lighting, natural ventilation and noise control.
