Abstract：
Wanke Centre is the first public building awarded both American LEED platinum certification and China’s green building three-star certification. Presents the measures and methods adopted in green building implementing processes of the project. Emphasizes the technology strategies for satisfying priority item requirements and the measures of energy saving and renewable energy utilization.
