天津生态城宜居住宅低成本绿色建筑技术体系及管理策略研究
Low-cost green building technology system and management strategies of livable residences in Tianjin Eco-city
摘要：
结合天津生态城内已开建的住宅项目，对所采用的绿色建筑技术进行了统计分析，归纳总结出适宜天津地区的低成本绿色建筑技术体系，并研究了适宜的低成本绿色建筑技术体系开发管理流程，可供天津地区乃至寒冷地区的绿色建筑项目参考。

Abstract：
In the light of the residential projects constructed in the Eco-city, analyses the green building technologies adopted, summarizes the low-cost green building technology system suitable for Tianjin region, and studies the appropriate development and management processes of the technology system, providing reference for green building projects in Tianjin region as well as other parts in cold regions.
