蜂窝器对送风口特性影响的数值模拟研究
Numerical study on influence of honeycomb on air supply outlet characteristics
摘要:
采用数值模拟的方法研究了蜂窝器对出流方向性的影响、蜂窝器结构对出流特性的影响及蜂窝器的阻力特性。结果显示,蜂窝器可以使送风口出流方向一致性更好;增加蜂窝长度或减小蜂窝的孔口尺寸均可以增强出流方向的一致性,降低湍流度;蜂窝器单位长度阻力损失随着蜂窝长度和孔口尺寸的减小而增大。建议蜂窝长度取0.075 m,蜂窝孔口尺寸取0.02 m。
Abstract:
Focuses on the influence of the honeycomb on outflow direction, the influence of the honeycomb structure on discharging characteristics and resistance characteristics of the honeycomb with numerical simulation method. The results show that the honeycomb can improve the uniformity of air supply outflow obviously. Increasing the length of the honeycomb or decreasing the opening dimension of the honeycomb can increase the uniformity of the outflow and decrease turbulence intensity. The resistance loss of unit length increases with the decrease of the honeycomb length and the opening dimension. Recommends the honeycomb length to be 0.075 m and the opening dimension 0.02 m.
