压差控制水泵变频调节的工作特性探讨
Discussions on characteristics of variablespeed pumps controlled by pressure difference
摘要：
通过引入控制压差比β的概念，导出了空调冷水泵变频扬程比和轴功率比的简化计算公式。经计算分析得出了不同β值下水泵压差变频的特性，指出β是影响水泵变频节能的关键因素。对比了一次泵和二次泵变频的β值，指出相同条件下一次泵变频的节能效果总是优于二次泵变频。

Abstract：
Deduces the simplified equations of head ratio and shaft power ratio of variablespeed chilled water pumps by introducing the conception of controlled pressure differential ratio β. Presents that β is the key factor to energy saving of variablespeed pumps by acquiring characteristics of variablespeed pump controlled by pressure differential with different β. Compares the β value of primary pump with that of secondary pump, and believes that the variablespeed primary pump is always better than variablespeed secondary pump in energy saving in the same condition.
