介绍了工程概况、设计要求、概念设计、空调系统设计和控制系统设计。着重介绍了通风双层幕墙的应用。使用情况表明，系统运行正常，达到了设计要求。

Abstract：
Presents the general situation of the engineering, design requirements, conceptual design, air conditioning system design and control system design. Presents emphatically the application of double skin facade. Application conditions show that the system operate well.
