重庆市某既有国家机关办公建筑节能改造措施及实效
Energy efficiency reformation measures and actual performance of an existing office building in Chongqing
摘要：
分析了该建筑改造前的用能特征，针对其以电力为主的能耗系统提出了分享型合同能源管理模式及相应的改造方案。基于《重庆市公共建筑节能改造节能量核定办法》中的能耗核定方法，得出该建筑综合节能率达到21.27%。

Abstract：
Analyses the energy consumption features of this building before reformation, and proposes a sharing energy management contract mode and corresponding reform schemes. Based on the verification method of energy consumption in Energy saving rate verification method for public building energy saving reformation in Chongqing, obtains that the comprehensive energy saving rate of this building is 21.27%.
