利用冷水凝固热的热泵系统与装置
Heat pump systems and equipment exploiting freezing heat from cold water
摘要：
指出在冬季寒冷地区接近0 ℃的地表水以及城市污水中，存在着大量可供利用的凝固潜热。研究了利用冷水凝固热的热泵技术。计算结果表明，热泵可以在经济、可行的前提下大量利用冷水凝固热，作为建筑的低温供暖热源。

Abstract：
Points out that a plenty of freezing heat exist in urban sewage and surface waters close to the freezing point in winter. Studies the heat pump systems exploiting the freezing heat. Calculation results show that by the heat pump technology, the freezing heat can be used economically and practicably, and therefore be taken as a low temperature heating source for buildings.
