结合工程设计经验和理论分析，讨论了集中供暖分户计量用户室内系统、外网及热源的运行特点，以及适用于供暖工况的动态热平衡的控制和管理方法，提出了分户计量供暖系统水力自平衡的设计方法。

Abstract：
Combined with project design experience and theoretical analysis, discusses the operating characteristics of indoor systems, outdoor pipe networks and heat sources, and control and management methods suitable for dynamic heat balance under the continuous heating conditions in actual operation. Proposes the hydraulic selfbalancing design methods for this system.
