摘要:
介绍了该超高层建筑的水系统分区、中承压管道设计、电梯井烟囱效应、防排烟设计等。该工程中水系统的承压突破了1.6 MPa,甚至超过了2.5 MPa而达到3.0 MPa,对管道和管件的强度计算和应力计算提出了新的要求。冬季室内外空气的密度差产生的电梯井烟囱效应会导致超高层建筑首层高区的电梯门难以关闭,简要介绍了该项目采取的技术措施。
Abstract:
Presents the vertical zoning of chilled water system, middle-pressure pipe design, stack effect of elevator shaft, and smoke control and exhaust system design. In this project, the working pressure of chilled water system exceeds 1.6 MPa and 2.5 MPa, and reaches 3.0 MPa, which proposes new requirement for strength calculation and stress calculation. For super high-rise building, the air density difference between indoor and outdoor results in stack effect of elevator shaft, which will make the elevator door on the ground floor unable to close. Briefly introduces the technical measures used in the building.
