Application of commissioning to a VAV system renovation project
摘要：
以某变风量改造工程为例，详细介绍了既有建筑实施commissioning的步骤及实施过程中业主、咨询方、控制公司和设计单位的相互关系，从能耗状况出发分析了变风量系统的commissioning实施效果，并在实测分析的基础上提出了进一步commissioning的必要性，总结了对既有建筑改造工程开展commissioning的方法。

Abstract：
With an example of VAV system renovation project, presents the steps of commissioning for existing buildings in detail and the relationship of the owner, consultant, control company and design organization in commissioning processes. On the basis of testing data, analyses the energy consumption level of the project and emphasizes the significance of further commissioning. Concludes the systematic method for the commissioning of existing buildings.
