生物安全实验室气流组织形式的实验研究
Experimental study on air distribution modes in biosafety laboratories
摘要:
为了比较上送上排和上送下排气流组织形式的优劣,在生物安全模型实验室内进行了微生物气溶胶的发菌实验,对两种气流组织形式下室内工作区微生物气溶胶的浓度场和实验室自净时间进行了研究。实验结果表明,上送下排对室内污染物的排除效果明显优于上送上排。

Abstract:
To compare the effects of contamination control between up-supply and up-discharge and up-supply and down-discharge, carries out a microbe aerosol dispensing experiment in a biosafety model laboratory. Studies the concentration field of the microbe aerosol and the self-cleaning time of the laboratory. The results show that the latter mode is much better than the former one in contamination elimination.
