使用冷热量表的集中空调计费方式因具有公平合理的特性越来越受到重视，但也存在因选型不当而导致的问题。从冷热量表的基本要求、结构要求、最小温差、流量计选择、通讯要求等方面分析了选型中需要注意的问题。

Abstract：
Because of its characteristics of equity and rationality, the charging method with cold and heat meters of central air conditioning systems is attracting more and more attention.But there are still some problems caused by incorrect selection. Analyses the selection issues needed attention from the aspects of basic requirements, configuration requirements, minimum temperature differences, flow meter selection and communication requirements.
