Abstract：
Analyses difficulties in the HVAC and smoke control system design of the project. Presents some special measures adopted for resolving the problems of HVAC and smoke control system design of large-scale market impacting the layout of commercial spaces and business environment, including locating the air conditioning machine room for the first floor in the basement and those for the second and higher floors in building periphery separated from commercial spaces by equipment corridors, arranging rational evacuation routes, adopting vertical smoke exhaust system with safety measures and using lattice ceiling, which achieves satisfactory effects.
