摘要：
根据国家和地方现行的有关节能设计标准、规范及工程实践经验，详细探讨了集中供热住宅供暖系统的节能设计要点。指出为了实现热用户的个性化使用要求和供暖系统的节能运行，无论是哪种供暖系统形式，除了要满足用户的基本室内供暖温度要求外，还必须具备实现分户热计量和分室（户）温度调控及系统水力平衡等功能。

Abstract：
According to the relevant existing national and local energy efficient design standards, codes and engineering practice experience, discusses the key points in detail. Points out that in order to realize the individual requirements of heat users and energy efficient operation, no matter what kind of heating system, it is needed to satisfy the basic demand for indoor temperature, and to have functions of heat metering in the consumer’s side, household indoor temperature controlling and hydraulic balancing.
