Presents in detail the organizations responsible for compiling HVAC design standards and their histories, and contents of the related standards in four countries, including ASHRAE(American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers), CIBSE(Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers), SHASE(Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers), and SantehNIIproekt. Compares the HVAC design standards of China and the four countries.
