换热器腐蚀原因分析及治理

摘要：
针对供热系统中的板式换热器屡遭腐蚀穿孔的现象，经深入分析发现其根本原因是酸性腐蚀。试验了腐蚀治理的几种措施，包括将锅炉排污水加入换热站补水箱、系统加碱法以及改造离子交换系统。根据试验结果，最终确定将钠离子交换系统更换为H-Na离子交换系统，详细介绍了改造方案。

Abstract：
Aiming at the repeated occurring of corrosion failure of heat exchanger in heating system, study shows that the acid corrosion is the main cause. Tests three treating measures i.e. addition of boiler drainage water to makeup water tank in the heat exchanging station, alkali feeding and ion exchanging system reformation. According to the test result and related analysis, adopts the measure of substituting hydrogen-sodium ion exchanging system for sodium ion exchanging system, and presents the reforming scheme in detail.
