Abstract：
Presents its compiling background, thoughts and innovation points. The standard mainly covers regulations regarding to construction management, field making, installation and commissioning of duct and fittings, air dampers and fittings and supports and hangers, installation of pipe and equipments, testing and commissioning. The regulations provides solutions to some common difficulties in construction and installation.
