流体水平输送管道冷热补偿方式探讨

Cold and heat compensation methods for the fluid-conveying horizontal pipeline

摘要:

给出了管道伸缩量及轴向力的计算公式,对比分析了固定支(吊)架+导向活动支(吊)架+补偿器方式与固定支(吊)架+导向活动支(吊)架+自然补偿等常见方式的优缺点。提出了轴向、横向滑动支(吊)架方式,管道可在支(吊)架限定范围内自由滑动,该方式已在多个工程中成功应用,并取得良好的使用效果。

Abstract:

Provides formulas for calculating the expansion amount and axial force, compares the combination of fixing trestles(pipe hangers), guiding trestles(pipe hangers) and expansion joints with the combination of fixing trestles(pipe hangers), guiding trestles(pipe hangers) and self-compensation, and analyses their respective advantages and disadvantages. Puts forward the axial/ transverse movable trestle mode, in which pipes can slide freely within the limits of trestles (hangers). This way has been successfully applied to several projects and achieves desirable results.
