摘要：
作为工艺性洁净空调，动物实验中心的屏障环境的洁净空调系统有其自身特点。通过对浙江大学动物实验中心屏障环境的室内设计参数的介绍，分析了其负荷特点以及风量计算的要求，并且全面阐述了屏障环境的洁净空调系统设计的原理与系统配置组成。介绍了该工程的运行控制设计相关内容，并总结了工程运营中发现的问题。

Abstract：
The clean air conditioning system for barrier environment of experimental animal centers has its own features compared to other clean air conditioning systems. Presents the indoor environment parameters of the project, analyses its load features and air volume calculation, and expounds the clean air conditioning system design principles and configuration for barrier environment. Concludes the control strategies and some practical problems during operation.
