从手术感染控制角度，回顾了国内外手术室标准沿革，以及我国医院洁净手术室标准与规范的编制思路。认为目前国际上出现的感染控制新思路和相应技术措施，将对手术室标准有较大影响。

Abstract：
From the point of view of operating infection control, reviews the standard evolution for operating rooms at home and abroad, and presents the working thoughts of the clean operating room code and standard in China. Considers that the new thoughts and correlative technical measures for operating rooms can greatly influence the preparation of operating room standards.
