Welding fume treatment and energy saving in welding workshop of automobile
摘要:
分析了汽车工厂焊接车间生产工艺特点及焊接烟尘、焊接烟羽产生机理。计算机三维数字化模拟仿真及工程实际应用结果表明,整体通风除尘空调系统的除尘效果好于常规通风空调系统,节能减排效果明显。

Abstract:
Analyses the characteristics of the technical process in production of the workshop and generation mechanism of welding fume and welding plume. The three-dimensional digital computer simulation results and engineering practices show that the dust removal effect of overall ventilation and dust removal air conditioning system is better than that of conventional ventilation and air conditioning system, and the energy saving and pollution reduction effect is obvious.
