直接蒸发冷却空调循环冷却水的臭氧净化
Ozone treatment of circulating water in direct evaporative cooling air conditioning systems

采用气液混合泵投加臭氧,限制引风机出口臭氧浓度在0.2 mg/m3以下,在直接蒸发冷却空调样机上进行了循环水净化动态试验。32天的运行结果表明,臭氧投加量为0.03~0.09 g/(m3·h),浓缩倍数由1.5逐步提高到4.5,杀菌、缓蚀、阻垢效果明显。对该方法的工业应用提出了建议。

Abstract:
Adopting a gasliquid mixing pump for putting ozone into water and limiting the ozone concentration at outlet of draught fan lower than 0.2 mg/m3, carries out the dynamic simulation experiment on a sample equipment of direct evaporative cooling air conditioner. The operation results of 32 days show that the amount of ozone is from 0.03 g/(m3·h) to 0.09 g/(m3·h), and that the concentration weight is improved from 1.5 to 4.5, and that the bactericidal, anticorrosion and antiscale effects are obvious. Proposes some measures for practical application.
