Residential energy efficiency for Landsea International Block
摘要:
介绍了朗诗·国际街区外围护结构、室内空调系统、能源供给系统的设计。采用顶棚辐射系统加置换新风系统,较好地满足了室内温湿度要求。进行了全年逐时动态负荷模拟以优化系统设计。选用带冷凝热回收的热泵,将多余的热量用于加热生活热水,解决了冬夏季地埋管的热平衡问题。

Abstract:
Presents the design of building envelopes, indoor airconditioning systems and energy supply systems. Adopts ceiling panel radiation and displacement ventilation systems to meet the temperature and relative humidity requirements. Simulates the whole year hourly dynamic load in order to optimize the system design. Applies the heat pump with condensation heat recovery, for the domestic hot water supply with excess heat, and solves the heat imbalance between summer and winter.
