提出了一种矩形相变蓄热器的结构形式,基于焓法建立了其蓄热过程的数学模型。研究了以
CaCl2·6H2O作为相变材料时相变蓄热器的蓄热特性及制冷剂温度的变化规律。结果显示,该相变蓄热器可以在58 min内完成相变蓄热,蓄热功率和蓄热量分别达到107.5 W和484.2 kJ。

Abstract:
Presents the structure of a rectangle phase-change-material heat-exchanger (PCM-HE). Establishes a mathematical model for PCM-HE during energy storage based on the enthalpy method. Studies the energy storage performance of PCM-HE with the phase change material of CaCl2·6H2Oand the variation of refrigerant temperature. The results show that the phase change material can finish its phase change in 58 min; the rate and amount of energy storage are 107.5 W and 484.2 kJ respectively.
