柳州文化艺术中心集中空调节能节电改造
Central air conditioning system reforming of Liuzhou Cultural and Artistic Centre
摘要：
分析了柳州文化艺术中心集中空调系统制冷效果差、电能损耗高的问题，找出了设计安装中存在的问题和漏洞，并进行了技术改造。改造后的空调系统制冷效果良好，达到了节能节电的目的。

Abstract：
Analyses problems existed in the original central air conditioning system, including low refrigeration efficiency and high electric energy loss. Fiuds the defects in the design and installation, and carries out the technical reform. The reformed central air conditioning system is highly efficient both in refrigeration and energy usage.
