研究了多区域变风量空调系统的实时新风控制。概括了5种控制策略,分述了各自的实施方法，给出了各种控制方法下的新风比计算式，并分析比较了它们的控制效果。

Abstract：
Studies the real-time fresh air control of the systems and presents five control strategies. Specifies the control method and presents the calculation formula of the fresh air ratio for each control strategy. Analyses the control effects of those strategies.
