对表冷器热工计算中几个问题的探究
Several problems in thermodynamic calculation of surface air coolers
摘要:
讨论了“进风等焓,出风也等焓”和“盘管表面平均状态点在空气初终状态点的连线上”这两个基本结论在热工计算中的应用,从热工计算方程组出发论证其实质,指出湿工况下盘管表面平均状态点只是近似成立。讨论了用盘管表面平均状态点判别工况的不足及其合理性,提出了一个干工况、湿工况和半干半湿工况的判别方法。最后结合算例加以分析验证。
Abstract:
Discusses the application of the two commonly used conclusions in the thermodynamic calculation of surface air coolers, i.e. “the same enthalpy of inlet air, the same enthalpy of outlet air” and “the mean coil surface state is on the line of the state points of the inlet and the outlet air ”. Verifies them according to the thermodynamic calculating formulas. Points out that the mean coil surface state is approximatively existent under wet conditions. Discusses the shortcoming and rationality of the method of judging work conditions by mean coil surface state. Puts forward a method to judge work conditions of the fully dry, partially dry and fully wet. Analyses and demonstrates the method by a detailed calculation.
