集成建筑寿命周期能耗分析评价
Life cycle assessment for integrated building energy consumption
摘要:
针对集成建筑生命周期各阶段特点,以生命周期理论(LCA)为基础,通过引入能源寿命周期、功能单位和能源特征化等定义,建立一个既适合集成建筑,同时也适用于常规建筑的新型建筑寿命周期能耗定量计算模型。选取某集成建筑和另一个所处气候环境与功能相近的常规建筑作为对比案例,运用该计算模型进行计算和对比分析。结果表明:该集成建筑单位能耗为对比建筑的62.8%;假定使用年限为50 a,二者使用维护阶段能耗均占到各自总能耗的90%。
Abstract:
Based on the life-cycle theory (LCA) and the characteristics of integrated building at each life cycle stage, presents some new definitions,such as energy life cycle, functional unitsand energy characterization, and then develops a new building life cycle energy quantitative calculation model for both integrated and conventional buildings. By the model, calculates and compares an integrated building and a conventional building with similar building function and weather condition. The results show that the energy consumption of the integrated building is 62.8% of the comparative one, and when the life cycle of the building is assumed 50 year, the energy consumption of maintenance stage accounts for almost 90% of corresponding total energy consumption.
