基于热量结算表的热量分配方法的分配原理剖析

摘要：
从供热计量收费的原理出发，对近些年来我国应用的基于热量结算表的各种热量分配方法的分配原理进行了剖析，分析了不同的热量分配模型的约束条件，指出不满足约束条件的热量分配系统只能作为数据采集系统用，不应参与热量计量。

Abstract：
From the heat metering charge principle, dissects the distribution principles of various heat distribution methods based on the heat settlement sheet, which are used in China in recent years. Analyses the constraint conditions of the different heat distribution models. Points out that the heat distribution system which does not satisfy the constraint conditions should not be used in the heat metering, but can only be used as data collecting system.
