不间断制热技术应用于热泵机的实验测试
Tests on performances of heat pump unit with continual heating technique
摘要:
介绍了3种常规的不间断制热技术,包括电热式、辐射式和蓄热式。选用蓄热式技术应用于16 kW商用机,实验测试得出蓄热式技术对提升制热量效果明显,低温制热量有8%~15%的提升;可抑制结霜,减少结霜量,同时缩短化霜时间1~3 min;室内机出风口温度相比常规空调有3~5 ℃的提升。
Abstract:
Presents three conventional continual heating methods, including electricity heating, radiation and thermal storage types. Applies the method of thermal storage type to a commercial air conditioner with capacity of 16 kW, and performs a test. The result shows that the heating capacity is improved markedly by applying the thermal storage method, and the heating capacity is improved by 8% to 15% on low temperature condition. The frosting process is inhibited, and the frost amount is reduced. Meanwhile the defrosting time is shortened by 1 to 3 min. The air supply temperature of the indoor unit is improved by 3 to 5 ℃ compared to that of conventional air conditioners.
